Background:
Bianca is a Candidate Attorney. She holds a BCom from the University of Pretoria and a BCom (Honours) in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa. She subsequently obtained her LLB from the University of Cape Town.
During her time at the University of Cape Town, Bianca was appointed to the Constitutional Committee, one of the two judicial arms of student governance, where she was responsible for interpreting student governance legislation and determining the constitutionality of decisions taken by the Student Representative Council. In recognition of her dedication to social responsibility, she was awarded the Lawrence Miller Memorial Award by the Faculty of Law for Community Service and Upliftment for her contributions to empowering and supporting members of the Masiphumelele community.
Bianca also served as a Student Research Associate under the South African Research Chair in Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development, where she contributed to research on the intersection between law, innovation, and social development.
Before pursuing a career in law, Bianca held various senior HR Management positions across the automotive, mining, and hospitality industries.
